01Selected work

Software that moved the
revenue curve.

A small sample of what shipping looks like with us. Real customers, real metrics, real production traffic.

02What we do

Three engagements,
one principle: ship.

01

AI-native product engineering

LLM-backed products with eval harnesses, retrieval, agents, and the boring infrastructure that keeps them honest in production.

  • Eval-driven development
  • Agentic workflows
  • RAG that actually retrieves
  • Cost & latency budgets
02

Platform & developer tooling

Internal platforms that compress weeks of work into hours. Workflow builders, SDKs, CLIs, and the kind of tooling engineers tell their friends about.

  • Workflow builders
  • SDK & CLI design
  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Self-healing systems
03

Frontier product sprints

A weeks-not-months engagement to ship the thing your roadmap has been failing to ship. Senior engineers, no project managers, real software.

  • 4-week MVPs
  • Greenfield prototypes
  • Vertical AI agents
  • Production hand-off
03How we work

The way good
software actually gets made.

01

Senior or not at all

Every engineer on your project has shipped a startup or built infrastructure at a name-brand company. No juniors hidden behind a Slack handle.

02

Ship in weeks

Our default engagement is four weeks. If we cannot describe a credible shape in two, we tell you instead of pretending.

03

Code you keep

We work in your repo, your stack, your conventions. When we leave, your team owns it — not us.

04

Honest scope

We say no when we should. The shops that say yes to everything are the shops that ship nothing of consequence.

05From the lab

Field notes from
building with LLMs.

Strategy papers, evaluation playbooks and engineering notes from production AI work.

07Frequently asked

Questions we get
most often.

What kinds of projects do you take on?
AI-native product work, internal platforms, and frontier engineering sprints. We tend to do best where the problem is technically ambitious and the customer is real — not where the brief is "build us another CRUD app".
How does engagement usually start?
A 30-minute call. If we are a fit, we propose a scoped first phase — usually a four-week sprint with a specific shipped artifact at the end. We do not write 80-page proposals.
What stack do you work in?
TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres and the LLM toolchain (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector stores, eval frameworks). We are stack-fluent — happy to work in Python, Go, Rust or your existing infra when the project calls for it.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Frontier sprints are usually fixed-price against a defined deliverable. Longer platform work is time-and-materials with weekly reporting and a hard kill-switch.
