07Frequently asked
Questions we get
most often.
- What kinds of projects do you take on?
- AI-native product work, internal platforms, and frontier engineering sprints. We tend to do best where the problem is technically ambitious and the customer is real — not where the brief is "build us another CRUD app".
- How does engagement usually start?
- A 30-minute call. If we are a fit, we propose a scoped first phase — usually a four-week sprint with a specific shipped artifact at the end. We do not write 80-page proposals.
- What stack do you work in?
- TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres and the LLM toolchain (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector stores, eval frameworks). We are stack-fluent — happy to work in Python, Go, Rust or your existing infra when the project calls for it.
- Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
- Both. Frontier sprints are usually fixed-price against a defined deliverable. Longer platform work is time-and-materials with weekly reporting and a hard kill-switch.
